Cancellation Policy

1. Enrollment and Payment Enrollment is confirmed only after receiving full payment or the first installment (if applicable). All fees are non-refundable except if the provider cancels the program. 2. Access to Materials Participants will receive access to pre-recorded tutorials, live class links, and other resources. Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed. 3. Class Schedule Live classes will follow a pre-defined schedule. Participants are responsible for attending live sessions; recorded sessions may be provided for missed classes (if applicable). 4. Specially Designed Kit Art kits, including printed assignments and materials, will be delivered to the address provided during registration. The provider is not responsible for shipping delays or damages. 5. Technology Requirements Participants must have a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and any necessary software. The provider is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end. 6. Code of Conduct Respectful and appropriate behavior is required during live sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund. 7. Intellectual Property All content, including videos, assignments, and resources, is protected by copyright laws and remains the provider’s intellectual property. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of materials is prohibited. 8. Privacy Policy and Use of Photographs Participant information will only be used for program-related purposes. Live sessions may be recorded for educational use, and participants consent to inclusion in these recordings. The provider reserves the right to use photographs of students and/or their artwork for promotional purposes, including on social media, brochures, and websites. To opt out of photographs or promotional use, notify the provider in writing before the first class. 9. Liability Disclaimer The provider is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses during the program or while using provided materials. Participants should use materials responsibly. 10. Program Changes The provider may modify the curriculum, schedule, or instructors if needed and will notify participants of significant changes. 11. Termination of Enrollment Enrollment may be terminated for non-compliance with these terms and conditions. By enrolling, participants and their guardians agree to these terms and conditions.
