Returns

• You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the kit.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included materials.
• Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item as proof.

Refunds & Replacements

• Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will offer:
  • A replacement kit (subject to availability) OR
  • A refund processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will not be issued for kits that have been used, partially used, or altered.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• DIY Kits purchased during sale events, clearance, or as part of a special promotion are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Custom or personalized kits cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
